Items are advertised as quality leather. I received items that were not leather. I asked for 2 day air mail, I did not get my items for approx 30 days. When I got them and noticed they were not leather, I asked to return the items. They did not give me a return address for about a week after trying to give me a coupon. The coupon was for the original amount of the goods and I would not get a refund - so they were trying to con me into an exchange. I ordered two flag holders on 5/4/07 and to date, 5/24/07 have not received either item. My credit card was charged on 5/5/07. Calls to this company are unanswered or there is a busy signal. On May 08,2007 I signed up online for a Horizon credit card which to my knowledge I would be getting a master or visa card. I waited almost two weeks for it to arrive in the mail. In the mean time the company had immediately taken 86.99 out of my checking account. I was absolutely disappointed when my card had arrived and I soon realized I could only use it on the computer!!!
