My recent experience with this car rental company... I have booked & used the car over the weekend 6-9 March 2009 in Brisbane . I have picked it up at the airport on Friday 6 March ’09 and was given a condition report which had a couple of scratches mentioned in the Existing Damage section. I bought one game from Oberon Media. I was charged the month after for 1 game I did not request. When I contacted Oberon Media I was informed the terms of the contract were that I purchased 1 game a month for twelve months. This I have done but find I am being charged for two games every month even though I only buy one. I had applied and been accepted for a credit card. I received a pin and then a statement in the mail, but no card. On going into the bank to enquire, I was asked to wait while they tried to find the card, one hour later I was told they couldn't find it and asked me to come back the next day.
