I handed my HTC Google phone in for repairs at the MTN service provider in South Africa after the screen did not switch on, calls were hanging up, poor reception etc and I also reported the problem on HTC's website. After more then 4 weeks now no one can tell me the status is or what is wrong with the phone. A while back I noticed that my daughter's airtime runs low too quickly. Vodacom has informed me that Mira Networks are billing her R5day. I phoned Mira Networks to unsubscribe, but got a recorded message prompting you to enter your cell number should u wish to unsubscibe-which I did. This should have stopped after 48 hours. We got them to do some add ons to our house. They promised us everything etc etc. We then had problems with waterproofing and crumbling on the ramp to our garage and it took them 6 months to come and rectify the problems. Once they had rectified it, they promised to remove the building rubble the following day, we are now 3 weeks later and a couple of phone calls with promises from them and the building rubble is still outside my premises. On the 10th of June 2009, the main member was hospitalised. The hospital will not admit a patient without full payment being made up front for which a credit card transaction was made. When contacted, the medical aid indicated that the amount was fully refundable.
