Hi all
In a nutshell, I made an order through flora niche in August this year. For some reason HSBC would decline the transaction every time they would attempt to make payment, HSBC stated that their fraud prevention system automatically declined this. I have now learnt that Flora niche have distributed my personal credit card details to a 3rd party! Do they not realise how much fraud there is out there. HSBC have now cancelled all my cards and are issuing new cards.
Very rude and threatening emails, they do NOT understand the concept of excellent customer service!

On the 04/10/2010 I pruchased an SL 500 Mercedes Benzs as a Cashbuy for teh Dadas Motorland with the help of a Sales person by the name of Nico.
After buying the car I took it to Exhaust and Tyre for a tyre fitment: these guys picked up major faults with the suspension and advised me to take the car to Mercedes Benz and the whole suspension was replaced at a fee of R20 000.00 including Bushes, arms and wheel alignment. Sharm Moodley & Associates
I purchased a house from a Mr Greg Beckwith - he guarenteed me that the roof did not leak - he even put this in the contract. Now 4 months down the line the roof leaks - both he and Sharm Moodley & Associates are unable to supply me with a borer certificate or the electrical compliance certificate which in Kwa Zulu Natal is mandatory.
I have advised both parties that I will be taking the matter futher if these documents are not produced but they do not seem to care. The house is riddled with borer and they still ignore me.

TO whom it may concern. My wife gave me a cellphone contract with a BLACKBERRY CURVE. All was fine in the beginning and after a month the phone just went OFF ALL THE TIME. I need my phone for business as I need to be contactable 24/7. I then took it back to VODASHOP in FESTIVAL MALL, and the Manager informed me that I need an up-grade on my phone as this will solve the problem. R300.00 later he said this will be fine. It is unacceptable how many incompetent people are employed at the Cell C call centers!!
My cell was in for repairs twice both times ranging from 6 to 8 weeks to be repaired for the same problems experienced the first time it was sent in. I pay monthly for the insurance cover and finally after 2 weeks of being on the phone to various Cell C operators I finally got a loan phone which was delivered to my office and my existing Cell Phone taken in for repairs at the same time. Every time the Repo Rate change to a down I must first phone SA Home Loans before they change my monthly installment and everytime they do have this mega excuse. How many Home Owners do they cheat. If they stay on the same monthly installment for a month I am sure they make a few bucks illegaly. I have now 4 contracts with Vodacom. I have ported from MTN to Vodacom and entered into this new contract o 3o July 2010. Within the first 7 days I had to take back my Samsung phone because it did not work properly- phone freezes and hangs - had to take out the battery to get it rebooted.

I am so dissapointed!!! This was the first and last time I will ever buy through dial a bed and I will tell EVERYONE I know why!
On the 29 Septemner I ordered my bed and was told as soon as I make my payment, my bed will be delivered. I drove all the way to our closest town, 60km, that same day to make my payment so that I can receive my bed asap.

I took two policies with Sanlam in June 2009 they were suppose to deduct from my bank account but they never did, in January 2010 back from my annual leave I saw deductions from my salary I immediately contacted the call centre & was told that the policy was never taken so I was told to fax a covering letter, ID copy, bank statement in order to get a refund, they will stop the deductions of which I did.Up until now my money is deducted & everytime I call they tell me to do the same thing.
