I have got a loan from Maravedi, ive signed a debit order for the 20th of each month, so they went and deduct my first instalment on the 17th???? that didnt go trough because I only get paid on the 20th, they phoned me as if Im the quilty party, the guy then told me that he will correct it to the 20th and then take that first instalment and divide it into 3 payments, that i was happy with, then suddenly I start getting RUDE sms'e and phone calls from Blake & ass attorneys, what the hell is going on with this people, they made the error and now im in trouble and reflect a bad credit record. this is such bad service i can not believe them...!!! read full review »

These guys are a serious bunch of thieves. I was hit from behind and the evidence they have at hand is quiet clear to whose fault the accident was. However, at the time of the accident, AVIS collected information from the third party to the accident and somehow managed to pay the third party out even though she was at fault. Now they expect me to pay the insurance excess. I personally suspect either some sort of internal fraud to favor certain people or simply staff fraud who make a commission from paying out wrong claims. (BRIBERY at its best... read full review »

I have received numerous sms messages from VVM Inc saying, "Your Telkom account was handed over to VVM Inc, 0878054904. Contact us urgently to PREVENT LEGAL ACTION. Ref: 11494212."
The Telkom account in question is from 8 years ago which allegedly has an outstanding balance. To my knowledge I have no outstanding accounts but if provided with appropriate documentation and proof I will gladly pay any outstanding amounts due.

My nephew went to the Caltex Garage in Underwood Road and filled up with petrol and asked for his break fluid to be checked. He needed to have break fluid put in but instead of the attendant putting in the break fluid, he gave it to my nephew's worker to put it and he put the break fluid into the engine!!! Now it looks like the engine has seized!!! The manageress could not be bothered with what had happened and now my nephew is sitting with a huge problem as this van is used for his business and the only source of his income. We were bullied into signing their contract. We were on our honeymoon and did not have a steady income. We told them that we cannot afford it, and they insisted that they could lower the premiums.

This so called Postmaster of Warden Post Office without any name plate refuse to help white people if the queque is long, but when the there is not so many people then serves the black people when I ask him about it he speak so that nobody can hear him. I bought a second-hand car from a local car dealer who assured me that I was getting a good deal. He basically guaranteed that ALL his cars were in tip-top shape with very little maintenance needed after purchasing. He named many happy customers and as he is an established name in the community, I trusted him. What a disappointment. To date, the car has cost me R3000 with a further R3000 necessary just to make it roadworthy and safe to drive. It looks like I will never get my complete order at Nandos Montana, or will get half done meal. Its the same store that kept me away from wings as they are always half done. Yesterday it was the same story, on the 2nd May it was the same story, it looks like I should just forget about Nandos or either change stores. I, Luvuyo Shaun Martins, (with other translators around the world) have been exploited by GEBLS WORLD SHOP. After completing the job - they just vanished leaving us with incorrect contact information as a result no one seem to know their whereabouts.
If I can get some kind of legal assistance so that I can track them down and get paid for what I did for them.

I took my Kia Picanto in for it's 60 000 km service, on Tuesday 1 March 2011. Chantelle phoned me to say that the clutch needed repairs and it would cost aproximately R6000.00. I then informed her that I have a maintenance plan. Surely they need to check these details before phoning a client informing them of what is wrong on their vehicle. On the 20/12/2010 i placed an order for a dvd series on their website. The money was deducted off my bank account 2 days later. After numerous- possibly 7 emails to date, i have not received my order. after threatening to lodge this complain i received an email saying thay EMS (delivery0 cannot take place in South Africa. i was also promised on the 16/02/2011 that my money has been refunded. this has not happened to date! i have even emailed them my banking details.

An amount of about R200.00 has been deducted from my airtime which i have not authorised. I have called MTN to advise them of this and all they said is that I'm subscribed to it, now i have noticed that i am not the only one complaining about this and i have sent 3 sms advising this fraud company called NSFW Mob to stop then i get a return sms saying that i am subscribed for R20.00 a day. Its with great dissapointment that i have to now have a formal complaint against vodacom in the sense that they dont care about customer satisfaction.
My phone has gone into vodacare gateway 5 times and there is no comunication, not even from the manager to come and pick the phone up and when i go into the store it is lying o9n collections and upon putting it on the phone freezez and a second consultant also experiences this.

the music so loud that we ask to turn the volume off a bit
when we got our food the pork chops was onlyahalf cm thick and over done
the mix grill was cold and dry/the chicken we order was still vries inside
the manager try too compancade with a replacement but 9 out off 10 where finish with there meal the replace meal was still not ready. Then we decided to go home . my houshold insurance was cancelled by the insurance house and they have not informed me of this. I have revered the matter to Scorpion Legal on the 3rd of January 2011 and up to date they have failed to deliver any service. Why am i paying this company a monthly fee????? their license should be taken away. who will be liable to cover my losses if I have a break-in - Scorpion Legal??????????????
