I received a new 6110 nokia Navigator as part of my contract upgrade. Ordered a Samsung LN-T5271F 1080p 120HZ online from Projector Export for $1998 which included $249 for fast shipping. "Jack" called me the next morning and said that Samsung doesn't honor the warranty on that TV anymore. He said for $150 more suggested the Samsung LN-T52A550. I asked if it was 120HZ he said yes. That made the cost $2048. A week later, I still didn't have the TV and then I found out that the 550 series is NOT 120HZ but is only 60HZ and that Samsung DOES indeed honor all warranties. I bought a Hisense washing machine in Octber 2007 - hifi corporation delivered it home. In March 2008 this machine did not work properly. I phoned hifi corp only to be told that they cannot help me as i could not produce proof that i purhcased the goods ther. The Indian lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. Nandos in Phoenix Plaza is the worst ever, try ordering a home delivery for an additional R14 on top of your full pack meal after returning from a family emergency at 7.00am only to receive cold food almost and hour and a half later. Andre de Goede flew back from JHB Friday night on the SAA flight that landed in PE 21h30. There was NO air-conditioner and NO hot water facilities/was not 'functioning'. I had my wisdoms removed about a month ago, naturally this is a painful process which lasts at least a week. My swelling didn't go down but increased and so did the pain. We were phoned and offered printer cartridges that would last 8 to 9 months. I disputed this fact but they gauranteed that they would replace if a cartridge did not last this long. I installed a cartridge from them on 12/07/2008 and had to replace it on 26/07/2008 - lasting only 2 weeks. All the telephone numbers listed stay ingaged. I sent a fax which was responded to because they thought I wanted to buy more cartridges. The medical aid has no reason to pay but are so pathetic and don't bother to return your calls or do their jobs.
