Vueling has really bad service and refund policy. As a regelar flyer between Barcelona and Amsterdam Im forced to use a lot of Vueling flights. I know they hardly fly on time so that isn't even a surprise anymore. During the Icelandic ash clouds they couldn't perform 4 flights that I was suposed to take. My account has stopped opperating from last september 4th and after several complains asking for costumer assistance (6 times actually), I still haven't heard from them. Imaginemissing all the information in your folders and being unable to get any mails in or out, loosing the contact with your family, friends, jobs, bank, everything. Amba Sun have a independant financial advisor (Teresa Lovett) who operates within their office, she gave us misleading advice, which directly caused us to place a £5000 deposit we subsequently lost when her incorrect advice reulted in us having to pull out of the purchase. I went to Spain for 5 days to the Malaga region. I stayed in a hotel known as Sol Melia (or simply Melia) and it was a very bad experience. First, service at the Melia hotel was very bad. Second, the installations, in general, were pretty worn out. And third, when checking out, they had the wrong sum at the bill (of course in their favor!) and after a lot of arguing I still had to pay for an extra night I did not reserve. Stay away from Melia.
