I have purchased properties with MRI, and although their Sales Team are very good, there Aftersales, rentals, and furniture packs are just rip-offs. My property had been completed 6 June andthey were able to take the keys from my lawyer to do the snagging. I had a house built by the above company. After the house was built there was a clause in the contract that any snags would be addressed by the builder. I had an independent inspector go over the house and submitted this report to the builder, who till now has refused to meet with me or rectify the faults found. I used edreams to book a flight for my niece. Due to the third party issue eDreams asked for a wire transfer to pay and secure the reservation. The wire transfer was completed and received by them only to have them say they could not book the flight. I asked for a refund and have been waiting a month for that refund. Customer service - Whirpool Spain Whipool Customer Service in Spain gives no answers to problems after first repairing. They came to repair my fridge ant I paid for it. However, the appliance has problems again (two days after first repairing) and no the local customer service ESLASET nor Whirpool in Spain has answered our calls and emails to repair it. We stayed 2 nights in june, 2008 and had our car parked by valet in a garage a little walk away. The first day the car was returned to us with a scratch the valet recognized he had caused. The front desk assured us several times, finally at paying our bill, that the manager would get in touch with us to send the damage claim to the insurance company of the Hotel, and that it would be paid shortly. You guessed: no manager called, no reaction to our subsequent letter claiming the damages either, he was never in to take our call, etcetera. The first one was a power problem and i never bothered to get it fixed. but my second device an archos 700tv that cost me 600€ also developed a power fault. Last summer I purchased two silver weeks at Marbella Beach Club. I have owned Marriott time shares for years and have loved them. We purchased these because the sales rep told us and everyone else in the sales office that these weeks could be traded to gold weeks and rented for big money.
