I was having credit card with abu dhabi commercial bank, i went to bank to clear my full outstanding balance, i met one representative (in AJMAN Branch) and inquired about my balance which i suppose to pay, they said deposit extra AED 200 with your total outstanding balance and our department will take care the exes money and you will get back after 45 days, i called after 45 days to adcb help line 8002030 and made request to get back the exes money, now this time telebanking representative told me that i have to pay AED 75 to get that exes money which is AED 168, this is all about negligence of branch coordinator. any help ? read full review »

Ahalia hospital is constantly harassing the poor employees. They pay 400---1200 dirhams to graduate employees working in the OP counters and if there is any loss or non payment by a patient, that amount will be deducted from their salary, poor employees ending up with no or little salary for the mistake of customers. They will ask you to sign a labour contract which will show one third of the salary they offered to you and from then they will start cheating you. I purchased my Sony Vaio laptop last year in March 2009. Now its just been over a year and the fan is making so much noise that it is impossible to work on it. I tried going back to the shop where i bought it from but they said that your warranty has finished and this is a problem with all Sony Vaio's so we cant help you. I have to get it fixed by paying Dhs 500 for the fan and even that comes without a guarantee. Why should i pay for this manufacturing fault?!
