We've moved to Australia and tried to get some boxes shipped over (small boxes with personal items in). Took 6 weeks to get the account set up in the first place, then finally organised a date for pick-up - the driver never turned up. Not given any answers for this, organised another pick-up and the driver refused to take the packages as they had personal items in and Australia doesn't accept them!!! I have been trying since i recieved my free sample of tea (£3.99) to stop choyngtea taking £59.99 off my credit card to no avail. I would be extremely gratefull for any help as my bank (lloyds tsb) dont seem to be able to help much. My boiler broke down and we had no hot water or central heating, in the very cold weather out. So I called Aspect Maintenance as they were the only Company who were available to come out at short notice. My mother brought a vauhall corsa 4 years ago from the above garage, she has brought cars from them before. On several occasions they have rung her to ask if she wants to change it she has told them no. I received the book specified on 3/12/10 and an hour later rang Readers Digest Customer Services for it to be collected. I was asked why I wanted to return it and I said that I had had a quick look and already had some of the receipes; also that the spine of the book was broken in transit. On 13/12/10 it had not been collected and I rang customer services to enquire when it would be collected and was informed that my original telephone call to them had not been logged. This company is sucking you out if you go and work for them and at the end they pay you less then 50% lower then what you deserve to in the job market. I was checking in Heathrow Airport last week. While no one from the airline I was flying with was at the desk, I was asked to check in at the Emirates Airline counter.
