Brought a wardorbe and arrived with chips on the front door, bad paint. and drawer so badly cut it can't even be closed. Emailed to the company with on respond. Looked at their website and couldn't find a telephone number. Check on their company and they are not even registered in the company house with a phone number. They use a fax number instead. I worked voluntary for Poole Recycle, which collects and recycles unwanted household items. I was asked to electrically test and repair electrical items such as slow tabletop cookers, tv's and radios. I am not a qualified electrician, and neither was the other person doing it on my days off. This company are completely incompetent from their store sales staff, through the delivery service, to their so called "supervisors". We ordered a bed in early August and advised we immediately that we'd be paying for the bed on a card different to the delivery address. We hired a car from Car Hire UK and were charged a deposit GBP 670 which we were topld wpould be refunded when the car was returned in good condition and with a full fuel tank. This was complied with and 4 months later we have not had a refund. In addition we have tried calling them but cannot get through to them on their telephone number. Always engaged.
