I bought my Hewlett Packard Photosmart printer C4580 from Currys on the 21 st August and everytime it prints the paper jambs. I took it back to them and I asked for my money back but they said they could not do this as it was outside the 28 day guarantee but i said there was years warrnaty. This is a faulty product and under the consumers policy I am entitiled to my money back. I am very disapponted with this product as I have had HP printers before and they never gave me any problems. In an attempt to reduce our phone bill we switched to the Talk Anytime Bundle package 200 which includes all the 0845 type numbers and mobile calls which seem to fall outsite of our existing package and usually add £10-15 on our bill. I bought “Organic Muesli” from this store, and while eating I found the fine sand kind of material in it, when I went to store to return the product I spoke tio the store manager and I am really sorry to say that the customer service at below store is very very bad, they are very very rude to the customers. I am not happy the way the store manager argued with me, and he also had a tiff with another customer who was trying to explain my point. I am having an absolute nightmare dealing with the company netflights and i would not recommend using them.
