After following the site guidlines I ordered a 14 day "risk-free" trial. 9 days in I was not satisfied because this product is b.s. So I went to cancel. Both phone numbers leave you on hold or say to leave a message so I tried to contact them via e-mail. No response. 5 days later was charged $85.00 by "NaturalH". Contacted again via phone (no response) and e-mail (no response). 2 weeks later another $85.00 was taken out of my account. Had to handle this through my CC company. Watch out! I would like to complain about the way that the manager sandra at molly maids cleaning company in wimledon surrey treats her staff. I booked a clean with molly maids a week ago, the girls came, 1hour late. I was very cross as i clearly stated to sandra that i needed an early clean as i was going out late morning. Plumbworld as a company is totally incompetent. We ordered and paid for a bath on 2.12.2009. we kept receiving emails advising us of the expected date they were to receive it which changed on a daily basis. Eventually we were advi9sed that it had been received and was shipped to HDNL for onward transportation, this was on 17.12.2009. We received our bath on 19.01.2010 only the feet are missing. What a joke. I'd come across these cowboys before back in the days when they owned Anglia. I had palpatations when my insurance company told me who the contractor was that they were sending out to investigate my Central Heating system failure. Visit 1 - No CH or Hot water, temperature outside was -8'c. Engineer booked, no time given so had to sit around all day.
