Unfortunately all the product keys sent to me do not work, and display "the amount of seats for this licence has been exceeded, please enter a different licence key or contact support." I purchaced a pair of Tuffa boots off of the Internet, from a company called Tack Direct. At first they were very nice, untill I had a problem. Then I sent them directly back to the manufacture (Tuffa). Found it was a fault in the boots (after 3 weeks of wear). It took them 3 months to send me a new pair to relpace them, with NO postage refund! Within 3 weeks the second pair broke.
