Webfusion changed the IP address of my VPS without telling me. "We sent you an email" they said. It may well be in my spamfilter but even so they failed to transfer my 10 websites across to the new IP address. Result 10 of my most important websites were down for 18 hours. Utterly unacceptable. I read the fine print of this company, calling to cancel I found out that they are outsourced to an overseas customer service that will not tranfer you to the refunds department and only will deal with you through email. I only authorized UDS1.95 to be charged to my account. They billed me for four seperate charges and only allows a partial refund. Also to call to your attention, 30 days had not went by before I was billed that amount. I was forwarded to this company who found companies with low intrest rates for a personal loan, i was asked to pay £69 up front to them and this would only be used for admin charges and would be refinded whether the loan was approved or not. I purchased a television from Currys in November of 2008. A few days after receiving the TV, the screen started flashing black pictures on and off. I didn't report the problem immediately as i felt maybe the TV wasn't tuned properly. I was approached by Argos to apply for their MasterCard on 23/4/09 with Email "Dayashankar Want money back to spend at Argos?" I applied and got rejected instantly with recommendation to apply for Vanquis Credit Card with more than twice interest rate. I made a complain to Financial Ombudsman Service, which was taken in, an Adjudicator was appointed who was completely ignored by Argos and yet the Adjudicator has written to me (attachment) that she is "unable to recommend [to who?] that your [my] complaint be upheld". I thought this was a reliable site, didnt know to check this out took it in good faith and purchased 5 sets of ghd styling irons. Only 3 have come and from the address I thought they would come from the uk but in actual fact they came from china and when I tried to registar these they are fake all 3 sets have the same code. I am still waiting for the other 2 sets. I have now recieved my credit card bill and they have charged me for the 5 sets but also an additional £13. I went to my local Londis shop as I often try to promote local businesses by using their services. I had gone to buy 40 stamps for christmas cards which I wanted to send out within the city and I needed to send 2 air mail stamps for cards being sent abroad.
