Iceland Food
D B November 30, 2009
Today, 30/11/09, I was driving down Bailey Drive- Bootle when I was almost forced of the road by an Iceland Heavy Goods Vehicle. This incedent happened at 1500. To make things worse, when I beeped my car horn to gain his attention towards his stupidity, he just looked at me and continued with his aggressive driving. Not content with his actions, he then started to continuiously beep at me as if I was in the wrong. I have raised this complaint with Iceland Head Office who have pretty much stated they can not do anything as I was unable to... read full review »

ChilliTalk phone cards
Kishore8095 November 30, 2009
Please be aware that Chilli Talk have a charge (called Maintainance charge) of 10 pence per day, irrespective of whether you make a call or not. I only found out after making several calls to Customer Service to try and get my £4 credit back. I probably spent more than that in calling them. Their Terms on the website mention the fact that there may be a Maintainance charge and certainly no mention of how much. In short, a good card to make the calls on the same day, otherwise the credit will disappear; and avoid their Customer Service if at all possible read full review »

Life Cleanse and Acacia Berry Detox
Rita Jappy November 30, 2009
I ordered a free sample of both these tablets, which may I add did not work. I have just received and been charged a total of £165.90 more bottles of the same. I phoned the company and said as such and I was told that I had not read the advert properly. I was told that it stated quite categorically that this was a fifteen day free trial, which I do agree with, but was not told that I would have to cancel anything so that I would not receive anyfurther product. I asked for an e-mail address and was told I could not get one, but she would... read full review »

Ivonne Betancourt November 29, 2009
I ordered the effective cleanse antioxidant and now they are sending me the life cleanse that I did not order, with a charge of 82.95 euros. I am a retired person and I only receive less than 400 dollars by month. How will I pay the third part of my money? This is impossible. If I ordered the above product was because it was "an offer" with a cost of only $3.95 euros, but they charged me more thant that, but, that is ok, it was my mistake by believing on them. But now, I am really upset because I can not pay 82.95 euros and all my other expenses to survive. read full review »

Received a letter from sky offering installation of skyH+ box for £60 with a free box, sounded to good an offer to turn down so contacted them and booked a date for installation. whilst on the phone to the call center made it perfectly clear and made a point of informing them that the dish was on my chimmney of my mid-terraced cottage and that decorative ridge tiles might make it awkward for a roof ladder. . Waited for the installation engineer to turn up on given day and he arrived at 0800 hrs on the saturday morning. Coincidently... read full review »

yall stores
sidereal November 29, 2009
I bought a laptop charger and battery pack from Yall stores, via ebay. After a couple of months the charger packed up. It turned out to be a faulty lead, which I replaced at my expense. A further month down the line the Battery needed an overnight charge to supply 30 minutes power. I complained. Yall stores said it could not find my order, despite giving them the PayPal receipt no. Another month and the charger will now not provide sufficient power to run the Computer and charge the battery at the same time. Less than 4 months use and both Items are ready for the garbage bin. Yall stores do not want to know. A total rip off company read full review »

I upgraded MS Office 2007 SBE to the Pro version. Paid £101.80 which included Licence Lock Box and Back Up Disk. At time of order I tried to print out an invoice but it seemed mandatory to have a Hotmail account. I started to apply for this, but some of the questions asked at sign-up were in my opinion not relevant to acquiring an email account, so I abandoned the process. Ever heard the saying "looks can be deceiving"? I went into the Prada store in Soho dressed in sweats. Its my day off and Im shopping. Just because I'm young and dressed a bit too casual, doesn't mean I should be snubbed. I waited 15 minutes looking around for some help and no one looked my way or even acknowledged me. Wi Tea - Acai Berry
Berns November 27, 2009
I took part in a free trial of Wi tea, but had to return it as I am diabetic and there was no info on the site about it not being suitable. When I received my March statement I noticed 2 dollar charges that made no sense to me. When I spoke to my bank all they could tell me was that they were web charges and I needed to speak to the compay to stop the charges. I sent an email and received no reply. To date they've taken £53.98. I've had to cancel my bank card to stop this, as the bank can't do anything about it as this was a card transaction and not a direct debit. read full review »

PlentyofFish
Lev Yur'evich Kamensky November 26, 2009
I get asked by women what I think about Plenty of Fish. Thinking is for the impaired, DEDUCTION is for people with normal IQ. First of all, as of now, Thursday, November 26, 2009, one's level of education is categorized under "smarts." Smarts are not defined by professional degrees. The smartest people I know are self-educated. An amateur built the Arc. A bunch of guys with diplomas built the Titanic. Even Moliere said "an educated fool is more foolish than an uneducated one." This does not mean that I am... read full review »

All I was required to do was pay for postage and packing and I would receive a 14 day trial of what sounded a very good facial product - I'd read the many great reviews (I now wonder just who posted them).
