Recently i had applied for a loan application, they asked for my bank details to procede.
I gave them my bank details after recieving an acceptance letter and they charged me £59.
After that i have not recieved a letter, phone calls or message. They have not made an effort to contact me in anyway.
I tried contacting them but they always make me wait on the phone for hours.
The result is that i spent nearly £60 more on calling them. I have recieved a result yet.
I am still waiting for a response.
This looks like after they have recieved my money that they are not interested in me anymore. read full review »

Do not buy any fake uggs from this company who have several websites all designed to look like ugg website. The uggs are fakes but worse they will not let you cancel despite cancelling 10 minutes after ordering and they are impossible to communicate and track down. Weeks later the boots have still not arrived. Latest site is ugg.gg but as soon as google take them down, they reappear under a different name. They are fraudsters and should be stopped. I ordered Dazzlewhite and had a £10 fee on my October card statement which I accepted. I had my November statement today and find I have a £55.18 payment to ultifreshwell and another £55.20 payment to improvehealth. Both of these payments are scams from Dazzlewhite. VODAFONE BROADBAND
Vodafone advertises £18 for unlimited broadband use for businesses. Whilst taking out an 18 month contract I was told one can monitor usage as well as upgrade anytime. A few days after taking out the contract I decided to upgrade from £12.77 per month to their £18 package. Guess what? Vodafone dealer said it was no problem but I need to go through their customer services. Customer services quoted £25.00 for 5GB and refuse to let me upgrade to the package that I have opted for. This website sells badly made fakes! The stitching is coming all undone and the label is crooked. I have requested a return and they suggested I take them to a cobblers to be fixed !!! I said this was not good enough and I had not paid £60 to have to have the boots fixed. They have refused to provide me with the return procedure after a number of e-mails. I purchased some weight loss tablets back in June, they were not what I wanted so I sent them back along with a note cancelling any memebership I may of inadvertantly signed up to, Since then I have had two payments a month taken from my Credit card account, one from elitepack, and one from kitaccess. Hidden charges. Can YOU find "daily maintenance charge" on their website? But there is one. When you learn about it, can their laughably misnamed "customer service" center (even if you can follow a heavily Indian accent, no blame on the employee concerned but we weren't all born there) tell you how much it is, even when you tell him the brand name of the card and the country you are calling from and the one you want to call to? NO.

I have placed an order for delivery the first time they didnt even change the delivery adress online correctly which was then sent to an old address, it was only luck that this was my parents house. They wernt in but passed this information on. i then had to pay for an 0845 number on my mobile as i live in shared house with no landline. They then had to deliver it the next day which i agreed to.
