I also fell for this scam, I have written to watchdog and am contacting my bank tomorrow to close my account and open a new one as i feel at this time it is the only way to stop further payments coming out of my account. I have just discovered that £10 per month has been going out of my bank account for at least 3 months ever since I bought a rechargable Electrolux Rapido vac cleaner, and made a one off payment for it. I have to say, Dell customer support in the UK has generally been good, until support takes place oversea's, such as during evening and weekends. I recently had 24/7 4hr mission critical support for a Dell switch, which died during the weekend. I have just been to put diesel in my car and when I paid for it and returned to the car, it didn't register any fuel. I asked the person behind the counter to check the pump for me but he refused and said he would give me a receipt, which he did.
