I too was applying for a free sample and paid the P&P by debit card. I have now been charged for two payments of £75.10 on 31/08/2009. I have informed my bank changed my cards and filed a fraud case with the bank. I did not enter into any agreements with this company and this type of scam needs to be stopped. Its bad enough being overcharged for the basics, like sending out statements if you have an inactive business account, but the real sting in the tail is them not telling me over the counter that there would be a 85p per £100 cash withdrawal fee. To stop these people please go on to the Companies House website and get their address. Send your information to them to support that these companies are still trading. THE COMPANIES HAVE APPLIED TO BE CLOSED> They cannot do this if they are still processing transactions through the companies. this company offers a 30 day money back guarantee if your not happy. it didn't work after 10 days of use so to get your money back you first have to ask for a returns number. there is no phone number so you have to email. several emails over a 10 day period i had no reply. i had no choice as my 30 days would run out so i sent it back recorded delivery. they recieved it within the 30 days. i haven't had a refund and sent several emails. they received it on 18th august so i would expect to at least have a reply by now let alone my refund. any advice for what to do next? read full review »
