I recently purchased an acai berry trial then about a month later i had payments coming out of my account from some random company called Derma Solutions. They are just taking money from account no permission to do so. To all at Derma solutions and all other so called companies who steal law abiding people's money you are a set of bastards and i don't know how you sleep at night you can go too hell. We got our house cleaned in September this year when we moved from our rental flat to own house. The husband-wife group came initially and convinced us of good cleaning service, and said that they would not touch oven, chimney, carpets etc. in kitchen and we still agreed. They charged us £220 for 3 hrs of cleaning and next day we realised that our house was not even 1 percent clean (was rather messier). I now find that payments of 54.51, 53.72 and 15.62 have been taken from my account without my authorisation. LB Envision Net Worldwide Ltd.. website was advertising FREE bottle of Colon cleanse and FREE bottle of acai berry to be used in conjunction for weight loss. They advertise a trial and take unauthorised amounts from your creditcard which you do not find out till you receive your credit statement and even better they take the monies same day as your order then 2 weeks later you get the product which by then the trial period has ended and their is nothing you can do. I have been charged over £212 for gas and electrity from this company. They have never once read my meters and despite my contacting them and telling them that my property is empty during the day and that the gas is timed to come on for only 5hrs per day (turned back on end of October) as due to hot weather from April to October it was not necessary to have the gas on) they still insist that I have to pay this excessive bill and that they are going to approach my local court to have a pre-payment meter put in.
