Purchased in July 2009 as a Home use version of Office 2003. In Jan 2010 a Genuine Advantage error message appears on my machine. After consulting with Microsoft I found out this was an Enterprise Corporate Edition. After numerous emails Esoftwaremall kept sending me Corporate key versions for download. This company is based in Nerja, Spain & if you have a timeshare to sell offers to handle the sale for you in return for a payment of 1200 euros which you are told will be refunded on completion of sale. They are insisting I pay £650, when I wrote and cancelled. I tried talking to Natalie Marks, their credit controller who was extremely rude, cold and condesending. There were 3 members of staff in this shop, which was way more than enough considering it's on an industrial estate and dead. All 3 were more bothered about making sure they closed on time (even locking the door 10 mins before closing) to even ask if we needed any help, they were rude and not at all interested in doing their job! I purchased a Fortec Star satellite receiver in December after the sales pitch claimed that you simply plug in a hard drive via the USB in the front panel and you can pause and record live TV. My husband has been trying for months to get a crown for a root canal he received. BCBS of MA keeps denying the claim. They told the dental office that my husband needed to go see a specialist to find out if the crown would last 5 years. THAT'S REDICULOUS! I only ever received one sample, then my courier alerted me to the scam when he saw the despatched address. He knew of someone in my village who was also having the problem. If you've had a cavity wall filling done by this company, you might want them to come back and double check they did the work. They did the work just over a year ago, but due to a problem they came back and check with a camera and found that there was very little filling. Have a Beko washing machine WMA5410 for nearly a year brought Feb'09, Motor/Circuit board blew on the 23rd Dec '09. Engineer came out on the 5th Jan '10, parts ordered an engineer arrived on the 23rd Jan ( after the scheduled engineer on the 21st fell ill ). New PCB install, but the new motor was broken. The told me they sell iphones 3GS 32GB for 450$CAN, so I made a little research on the net and they seemed legit. After that, I sent them the money by moneygram(big error), after they received it, they asked for another 200$CAN for the customs. I told them I couldn't afford it, so they told me to pay half of it. I didn't want to pay another amount of money so I asked a refund, they didn't want to. So I paid another 100$ hoping this wasn't a scam.
