I have just had 2 lots of charges of £74.87 come out of my bank from this company even though I canceled on the 15th day!! I phoned the customer service phone number and she wasn't very helpful after I told her a number of times that I didn't want to pay for their crappy pills that don't work!! This London based con company are currently operating in the Oxford area and unfortunately called on my Grandparents in Kennington last week. Phoned Aviva, formally Norwich Union, for a maturity value and was given a figure well in excess of what was owed on my mortgage. Out of the blue after the mortgage ended received a letter from lender stating I had underpaid in excess of £3000 on my mortgage.
