after placing our order@approx 7.40 p.m we waited until approx 8.50 and no food had arrived. no apology was forthcoming and eventually we demanded a full refund and left. there was no sign of the manager who was apparently in the kitchen trying to sort the mayhem out but as far as we could see he was not doing a good job!
the most obvious solution we thought was to stop taking any more orders! after that experience we will not be goingback to the cherry tree in melton mowbray in a hurry which is a shame as it is local to us and we have eaten there on a regular basis for many years read full review »

Home delivery network didnt not knock on the door or leave a note that they had tried to deliver, all 5 of us were home.
Instead they cliam that there was no one home and delivered to a different house in our road, who say they didnt receive anything.

You don't have to have bought the product from them. The report needs to be strictly factual. Cresta failed to deliver our order. Cresta continually gave us misleading information when we asked for revised delivery dates. In the end we terminated the contract since Cresta could not deliver. They admitted this 5 months after we placed the order. We were also advised that our deposit would be returned to our bank account within 7 days. I bought a laptop from the UK high street electrical store Currys 20 months ago, and it worked fine until the charger decided to pack in. I did not buy any extended warranty, so walked back into Currys expecting a bit of a battle.
However, I'd read up on the Sale of Goods Act, and expected them to explain to me what process I had to follow to justify a replacement charger - in my opinion, I'd need to get an independent report showing that the product was manufactured with a defect that reduced its life expectancy.

I am very upset in the way this company has parcels delivered to the public as 9 times out of 10 the parcels do not arrive and the £8.00 pounds delivery charge you have to pay is over the top and way to much as the service you receive is poor etc, parcels not arriveing and takeing more than 10 days when they the company states 5 to 7 working days is a load of rubbish.

of $2.09 Australian for each smaple. On my Visa statement for this month I have two (2) charges of $135.92 <br />
Australian dated 5/11/2009 this time in the name of Beauty Sculpt these payments were definately not authorised by myself and I have never reordered any of their products as they were of no benefit what so ever.<br />

I recently purchased an acai berry trial then about a month later i had payments coming out of my account from some random company called Derma Solutions. They are just taking money from account no permission to do so. To all at Derma solutions and all other so called companies who steal law abiding people's money you are a set of bastards and i don't know how you sleep at night you can go too hell. The husband-wife group came initially and convinced us of good cleaning service, and said that they would not touch oven, chimney, carpets etc. in kitchen and we still agreed.
