i bought a servis fridge freezer from littlewoods april 2008 it got delivered 20thmay 2008, didnt move in to my house till june 2008so it didnt get use till then! Applied for a loan of £2000 to pay off overdraft. They said that we had been approved for a loan, not in princple, but approved. They asked for a fee of £69, which we stated that we would not pay unless we were definitely receiving the loan. Bought a PC from Comet in Sept 08 and experienced problems within the first week. Went to store and reported problem and was told we had to contact Acer direct and that Comet could not help. I ordered a Crystal Machine from Sublimagic. I was aware that their would be a 6 week wait which i duely waited but I still had not received anything on week 8. I was told it was despatched but DHL had seemingly lost it. They told me they couldn't get another machine in and that they would refund my monies into Paypal amounting to £189.98.
