Like other complainers, I ordered £30 worth of skin products from Perfectskin.co.uk and the money was taken from my credit card immediately. However like previous customers, 1month later and delivery hasnt arrived. Cant get answer to any emails sent to them and can leave a message of their answerphone. I have used them once in the past and I did eventually receive my goods but I didnt have to wait this long. Crown hotel. wetheral. Cumbria. An absalute disgrace. We complained about boys running around nude in the 'female' changing room, got verbaly abused by a member...then got band for the complaint! I booked a room through Hotels.com for one night in London on 12 Feb 2009 which amounted to £74.75p. When my credit card statement came through there were 2 separate amounts, both listed as Ian Travel Services. The first was for a sum of £149.73 listed as 28 Jan 2009. There was then the correct amount of £74.75p listed as the 1 Feb 2009. I have absolutely no knowledge of any amount for £149.73p and did not book or authorise this amount. I 'bought' 2 tickets to see Il Divo at 02 arena on 27th February 2009 from bookmetickets for the total price of £154.30. I paid by credit card on Saturday 15th November 2008. These tickets have not arrived and I lhave had no reply from the company. I have sent them 3 emails. NEVER BUY UGGS from bobostore.com They are first off from china and sell fakes. Secondly if you are trying to buy outside of china they will be held up in customs. I ordered boots on December 7th 2008 they never were delivered. About a month and a half later(so much for christmas!) I received a letter from customs telling me that if I wanted to receive them I would be placed on a "watch" list. I have communicated with them every week for 3 months and no refund. Ordered a 24 rose valentine Bouquet Deluxe which cost £35. Picture showed big arrangement. Although it arrived at my girlfriends work on time I was so embarressed. She received 2 x bunches of 10 roses. No arrangment just in celofan. No card i asked for. When i complained they said it was valentines period, thats all you get. We had a new gas central heating system fitted in September 2008, comprising of a combi boiler, and seven radiators. Whilst the workmen were removing one of the old radiators, dirty rusty water leaked from the said radiator landing on top of our brand new wooden dining room table, which seats 8 adults.
