I bought a MP4 player from Riverstreams website. It arrived faulty and took me 2 weeks for them to give me a return code so that I could send it back. The new one eventually arrived which was also faulty, same story again, they claimed it was a faulty USB cable, which was not so. After a month of e mailing they gave me code to return it to their facility in Nottingham. That was 3 weeks ago and since then I've heard nothing, no replacement and no reply on e mail. On the 24.10.2008, my wife and I took the 1510 coach service from Cambridge to Heathrow T5 scheduled to arrive at 1805 hours in order to board British airways flight BA0574 to Milan (Malpensa) ETD1930 hours. He said he had the right to go through it because we had our 12 year old sleep in the room too. After all this we called the police about the missing items and filed a report. I took my 4 children plus 2 others to your Margate establishment on Wednesday night and was discussted with the service. We all ate there and my child's dinner had to be taken back twice as the chicken nuggets where raw and was told chicken should be pink. This was appalling, the desserts came out and once they had finally got the order right two desserts were burnt. I find this extremely discusting and would hope that this can be corrected. We bought a Panasonic Tv 19th June 2008, the TV was sold with a 5 year warranty. We completed the warranty form and sent it of to Panasonic, we received a reminder a coouple of weeks ago to tell us that or 12 month warranty had expired, after speaking with Panasonic we were told that had we not had a reply in 40 days we should have contacted them, unbeknowns to us we should have read the small print. We paid for a TV and 5 year warranty, we have spoken with Martin Dawes and Panasonic who have been less than helpful. can you tell us where we stand with this we only want what we have paid for. Apparently BMW paint is more expensive than gold! The 'damage' in the picture cost over £200 to repair. Not only that but when queried this was the Insurance Price and as I chose not to pay by insurance but to pay myself they would have done it cheaper if they had known it was being paid personally but as they had raised the paperwork now it was tough.
