Appear to be 'good value for money' when you look at their prices but realistically.. 1) Payment taken on order not shipment 2) 'expected shipment date' on web site is a myth 3) continually receive revised delivery dates - which are never achieved 4) trying to get a refund is exactly the same... dates are promised then changed or missed. We had Karndean fitted just over a year ago now and it would appear that it is not as hard wearing as the manufacturer would have you believe. Yes, it did look great in the showroom and when it was first laid but now it is covered in small dents and scuffs and having had both the fitter and Karndean rep to look at it they have assured me this is caused by stiletto heals and not a product fault. I contacted the seller he said that different dealers send their tickets out at different times.
