I 'bought' 2 tickets to see Il Divo at 02 arena on 27th February 2009 from bookmetickets for the total price of £154.30. I paid by credit card on Saturday 15th November 2008. These tickets have not arrived and I lhave had no reply from the company. I have sent them 3 emails. Having discovered that there is no phone number I tried to find out more and have discovered that other people have not had tickets delivered either. 26th Feb 2009 Impossible connection via phone line, not answering at all, I have had delays... delays & more delays transfering from Lycos is loosing me 1000 hits per month, so angry... they promised me a quick a simple transfer, I am now waiting weeks/months, they took all the hosting money in one go instead of monthly payments & when you can get through sometimes technical staff are impatient. Nigerian Scammers! They are working together in the UK and there Nigerian place of business. They will keep coming up with excuses for you to send more money, and finally when you think that's the last of it...they tell you they didn't receive it or it was sent to someone else. NEVER BUY UGGS from bobostore.com They are first off from china and sell fakes. Secondly if you are trying to buy outside of china they will be held up in customs. I ordered boots on December 7th 2008 they never were delivered. About a month and a half later(so much for christmas!) I received a letter from customs telling me that if I wanted to receive them I would be placed on a "watch" list. I have communicated with them every week for 3 months and no refund. Ordered a 24 rose valentine Bouquet Deluxe which cost £35. Picture showed big arrangement. Although it arrived at my girlfriends work on time I was so embarressed. She received 2 x bunches of 10 roses. No arrangment just in celofan. No card i asked for. When i complained they said it was valentines period, thats all you get. We had a new gas central heating system fitted in September 2008, comprising of a combi boiler, and seven radiators. Whilst the workmen were removing one of the old radiators, dirty rusty water leaked from the said radiator landing on top of our brand new wooden dining room table, which seats 8 adults. I agree with many others on here, , when you become a standard member you get all the winks and messages from gold members, whose photos could have come from a magazine shoot (and probably did), even though they know as a standard member you cannot email back unless you join, they never leave a email address for you. Norton have automatically taken payment £68.04 from my credit card without my authorisation. They sate this is for antivirus software but I do not require this renewal and nolonger have the computer for which I originally purchased the software.
