I posted my complaint regarding the Domino Pizza at Broad and Hunting Park in Philadelphia, PA. Purchased an Acer Aspire 5100 series laptop end of May 2007 from Simply Acer. Mid August lost CD/DVD drive and use of orbicam. contacted Simply acer who stated that it was not their problem and I should contact the warranty dept. I had a account with virgin and while moving i had canceled it and settled the account with virgin after paying the cancellation charges. Then also since last five months virgin is taking payments from my bank account saying card payment made. I bought a dvd from tv box set which turned out to be copied from television/cable broadcasts and not original goods as advertised. It took over two months to arrive, but I was not too worried since any emails I sent were answered quickly. I ordered another copy of the dvd from UltimateDVDshop which has not arrived, nor has any confirmation email been sent to me. I'd assumed the transaction had not taken place but the money was taken from my credit card. Brantano, the crumbles, Eastbourne, East Sussex. I bought a pair of astroturfs from this Brantano store about 3 months ago and i haven't used them that much but they are pretty much falling apart. I was recently traveling by Kingfisher Airline to Bangalore as I was really surprised as to how snobbish their crew was. It took me four attempts to ask the crew for a glass of water, the crew were not at all busy and I could see them chit chatting away to glory in the rear of the aircraft, after much fuss, I was given a glass of water as if I was given some alms. When I asked for a feedback form, I was denied for that as well.
