After two months of use, an oil leak after the first service caused a breakdown of the engine that went dry. The company decided to re-build all the engine. After two months and a half, the bike is still not repaired due to missing parts. The company did not offer any new bike, or even a bike to use in the meantime. The repair shop never calls back, I always have to chase them up with the same answer, "we are missing a part we cannot repair the bike for now." Yes this site is a scam. My experience was different from the others who have already complained. Instead of not registering my bids, the clock registered them went down to as low as 5 seconds remaining then just jumped straight back to 15 seconds, repeatedly and interminably! Our Dell laptop is under warranty. It has been keeping breaking down in the past one and a half years. In the last two mouths, our Dell machine has been unable to start up. Dell engineers have tried several times and failed to repair it. We have spent money to phone Dell technical support for many, many times. Worship Empire appear to be a fraudulent company that take your money but don't send the goods. Insult to injury - Paypal so called "secure payment" wash their hands of it - after the event.
