I called them to have them fix our water heater which broke down yesterday. First off, they will try to charge a “dispatch fee” of $80 just for sending someone to your house. The CSR I spoke with told me that she would waive the fee because I was a new customer. The tenants upstairs kept playing music at night. It can be any time between 12 am to 6 am. Lookes like they didn't sleep or on some night shift. It was loud enough to keep you awake. I followed the directions to claim the rebate and I received a reply from another company located in Connecticut that handles the rebates. They e-mail back to me that it takes 4-6 weeks. Finally, in February, they e-mailed me again that the rebate is in the mail. I never received it. I called them up, but is impossible to get to them. I wrote them a letter and received no response.
