Great Expectation
This company is a Dating Service they promised to you the sun and the moon that they are different from other dating website. They have not rendered any dating service to me for over 6 months I joined them. The wanted me to go on-line and charge extra fee for services the are already billed me. I do not get any services from them but found myself doing the same on-line dating on the internet on free websites. Why then would I pay them excessive rates? Do Not Use SEARS Home Improvement Co. for any installations that are crucial to your home or comfort. They do not have emergency weekend telephone numbers and use local independent contractors. Ordered a formal maternity dress, received it over 14 weeks later. Quality was terrible and had missing beads, that were held on with glue. Dress did not fit right but when I called to return it I only got an answering machine that said they would return my call within 24 hours. Almost two weeks and three more calls and I still haven't heard from them. I tried to get a refund through paypal but they said after 45 days it's up to the company. Great! Louden Bradshaw was a agent for this company in which I was told that my timeshare had a buyer and a fee of 1300 for search and process fee were to be forwarded. A time line of 3-4 weeks was given for the sale to be complete and check issued in agreed amount which never happened. I have been unable to contact Mr Bradshaw with several voice and e-mail messages being left and no reply. I hope to get the Visa reversed but an unknown at this time. motime subscription
Upon receiving a text from motime for subscription service, and ignoring it without responding, they began charging me 9.99 monthly for the subscription I had not agreed to. After my stopping the subscription, they have continued to try to lure me in to their text fraud repeatedly. It seems they think that not opting out is an acceptance of the service. If this is so, when I find out what their legal address is, I will send them a bill charging them a $20.00 handling fee each time for dealing with their unethical imposition on my time and income. read full review »

I was terminated by this company by accusing me of fraud when no such thing existed. They made up a reason to fire me and did not even discuss the issue with me before deciding to terminate me. I was on the phone with a customer and because the customer never terminated the call I was accused of fraud. My home insurance policy went from $1300 to $2000 because Hartford changed the fire protection provider from Germantown Hills FD to spring bay FD which is approx. 7-8 miles away! Called them up to make the correction and was told the underwriters have already decided spring bay FD was my fire protection dept. and they were not going to change it! On June 13th, I went into my local Bestway, which is located on 2801 South Olive Street, Pine Bluff, to pay my bill. The bill was due on the 6th. I pay weekly, so I was there to pay for both the week of the 6th and the 13th. The store manager charged a $10 in home collection fee, but no one came to my home for me to receive this additional charge. I then called the district manager and he gave me a $10 credit after I explained the situation to him that this extra fee was falsely placed on my account.

I would like to put a formal complaint against Atomic Shuttles in Christchurch. I was scheduled to travel with Atomic booked shuttle service for round trip transportation service to Lake Tekapo departing Feb 23, 2011 and returning Feb 24, 2011 through the ISite.

I cannot warn you strongly enough to stay far away from this monitoring service. After our contract was purchased by this company they renewed our contract without notifying us. Apparently it was in the small print that they could do this but our prior alarm company always asked for our permission before renewing our contract. Needing a large vehicle to accomodate my family and our luggage, I was able to get a Caravelle from Budget in Galway (via Kemwel). Affordable Seating promised 7 - 14 day delivery. I had to open on May 14th so I ordered on May 2nd. They said they could meet May 14th, then came back and said no, it would be June 9th. I told them it wasn't acceptable. I called every day and they gave me excuse after excuse.
