I have invested more time (time is money) in collecting my fees from this company than I am due for my appraisals. This is exacerbated by the low fees they pay to appraisers. I have been waiting over 90 days for payment on some files. All I recieve from Appraiserloft is empty promises, day after day. Barry's Bootcamp includes a free trial period for 'VIP' web access. Although I cancelled within the trail period, they continued to charge the quarterly fee. The cancellation was completed through their website but their customer service representative insists they can't access the information. This is one of those situations where they run you in circles trying to stop the charges and you're left trying to prove that a service you didn't want in the first place was cancelled. We were excited to stay in this home based on the pictures we saw and the mountain views, but we were very disappointed upon our arrival. The first thing we saw was garbage cans out front overflowing with garbage. The kitchen had crumbs on the counter tops, thick grime on the stove, and a full pot of old coffee left for us to discover. Live in this upscale community for one year. Gated. Moved because management allows dogs at a fee of $450/per pet. Neighbors do not like when dogs bark. Report to manager.
