I signed a contract with Merchant Services and per my understanding I will get a free equipment but ended up getting a 4 year contract with MBF Leasing. I specifically asked if the equipment is free since we already had a bad experience with the previous one wherein we were continually paying them over and above our agreed contract. MBF said I signed a contract thus I have to abide with it. Four yeas down the road I cancelled it. I paid ProLawn Plus for lawn weed and pest control services. In Spring 2010, I reported a small brown patch. Went to Walmart to cash State Unemployment check and Certergy declined my check which I have cashed there consistently and shopped at Walmart afterwards. I have filed a complaint with Walmart and they said this is becoming a nusiance over and over again at all locations and they are losing customers over this companies inability to communicate with people that need the service of checks being cashed. Bank of America has been communicating along with other services to rectify the situation and issues. I adopted a dog based on the bio on www.magnificentmutts.org, www.petfinder.com, and what I was verbally told by Magnificent Mutts. The dog I adopted was listed as 3.5 years old and housebroken. I would ask to speak with an associate higher than customer service I would be hung up on, when I called for higher level contact # I was hung up on.
