I went to the website and it was suppose to be free 7 day trial until you give them your information, and then they took out $191.40 and $155.40 from my account. I called them 2 minutes later and they would NOT refund my money and had already took it out of my account!! AT&T advertises $14.95 for internet services for 12 months but CANNOT get their billing right! I have e-mailed them and phoned them. Every time, I get the same 'standard' response--it takes 2-3 billing cycles (which isn't, by the way, stated anywhere in their ads). This is ridiculous--I am into incorrect billing now for 10 months. I called Polycom customer support to ask about interop with other phones. Every other IP phone displays video immediately as soon as they receive it, but polycom phone have a delay of 3 seconds. I purchased a Kenmore ceramic stove in 2007 recently I have noticed that the element light will not shut off and my oven is not heating up like it should. I purchased from Sears because they were so highly rated with Consumer reports. My stove is only 5 years old and I am so disappointed that this has happened we are going to have to pay $129.00 for a service call that does not include any parts that we need.
