The long of the short of it is after several times closing the account, over the course of three months multiple phone calls and numerous e-mails they continue to charge my Paypal account. Paypal was even worse when contacted. We had our son saving his allowance for months, diligently and patiently, to buy this toy for a group paintball-like party event outdoors. He "purchased" it from this website, and paid overnight shipping with $24 dollars of his own hard-earned money. They never sent it. Sent me a fraudulent email pretending to be from my brother in Portugal. I stupidly answered it and it took over my Facebook details and has managed to get hold of my email address book and is now sending spam emails purporting to be from me to all my clients, friends and family. From the beginning of me getting the dish turned on i was suppose to receieve a $50 dollar pre-paid visa card, but still have yet to receive it. I bought items from this seller on 7th May 2011 and paid using Paypal. I have not received my goods. They do not answer telephone calls or emails. Trying to open a dispute with Paypal but as seller asks you to allow up to 28 days for delivery this leaves little time to get a dispute up within the 45 day deadline. I just received a settlement letter from Afni. It says they are attempting to collect a debt for $700.41 for AT&T Mobility. I knew it was a scam when the phone number doesn't work and another fact that I have never had AT&T mobile and the letter says AT&T Mobility. The letter is dated 06/04/2011. I have just found out that I was billed three times for a single booking for a Qantas flight. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a Qantas representative in Australia who was unable to sort out my problem as all the credit card information for US booked flights is taken care of in New Zealand. Of course the New Zealand office was closed forcing me to wait. Meanwhile, my account is overdrawn incurring fees, my rent has bounced incurring a late fee. Will these fees be refunded by Qantas given that it's their error? I hope this isn’t how they regularly conduct business. read full review »

Vehicle with less than 5, 000 miles, less than a year old to be repaired. Was quoted it would take 17 days to fix it (2.5 weeks or so) but it took 8 weeks!! AND IT"S still not fixed! The Famers Insurance is the worst. All my neighbors, surrounding my house or closed to my house, got new roofs for their houses paid by their insurances because the hails damages. But I don't get the new roof since I am with the Farmers Insurance. There were three roofing companies inspected my house, every one of them said my roof is damaged by hails and I need a new roof. These people have had a broken freezer for months, and not only are they too cheap to fix or replace it, but they are still selling food out of it that has gone bad! When we went back in to show them the visibly bad frozen food, the woman was rude right away. I am a patient of Dr. Moores'. I have had exceptional service from him and his staff. He works with each patient individually and truly cares about his patients. He will spend as much time as needed answering any questions that need addressing. I have had a couple of surgeries done by him. He always explains everything that a patient can expect post operation. He is an outstanding surgeon. University Chevrolet in Tallahassee, Fl sold me a Lemon and Champion Chevrolet can't fix it. I lost my case to Chevrolet to return the car and they gave me a value gaurd extended warranty. All the things I feared has come front and center. I fought and lost my lemon law case against GM Chevrolet, all the things I told them was wrong with the car, that couldn't be proven then has come to surface. I ordered from Nature's Prime on 3/26/11. On 5/18/11 after calling them 2x and being gauranteed shipment on either 5/9 or 5/16 I cancelled the order with them and Groupon. I had emailed 2 times with no response. No one was picking up email according to the notice that I got. I question how they can possibly get enough organic meats to fulfill all Groupon orders from all over the country plus their own customers. I ordered a Laptop Battery from them a month ago, they sent me a battery that fit perfectly and I was glad it worked. I worked for them for a grand total of 10 days and was let go for no reason. Employees are "urged" to work 7 days a week in a verbally abusive work environment. I witnessed more than once a co-worker calling other co-workers stupid right to their face and a supervisor who did nothing but shout obscenities to urge us to work faster...yet we were not adequately trained how to do the work.
