I have been receiving notices from the WFNNB for three years now and I don't understand why. They tell me that a significant change has been made to my Victoria's Secret Credit Card Account. The only good thing about this company is that they pay for the shipping. I sold several books and shipped them to moola4books.com. It took a month for them to process the sale on their end, now I am still waiting to be paid for the books that I have sold. I had contacted their customer service by e-mail and was told that sale orders usually took 15 days to completely process, but that it might take a bit longer because of them being busy. I recently had to move my father from his own house to an assisted living facility. I had to clean out his rented house and get it cleaned. I called MerryMaids and got a quote of $456.00 to clean "from the top down" as the rep told me. Stay away from Equifax. Really poor customer service. You will not get what you pay for. It took over two times just to set up the account. I had a viper car alarm system after someone broke into my car. After Best Buy installer installed the alarm my car gave me problems. The day after the installation by new car battery was drain. I was late for work because I had to wait for a garage to jump my battery. My car gave me no problems before the installation of the alarm system. I believe the alarm was improperly installed. I lost nearly $1, 000, after a projected estimated at 4 weeks, took SIX MONTHS, and still wasn't nearly complete. I disputed with guru.com who had my money in escrow, and they still awarded the money to the developer even though the site wasn't functional. I provided 10 examples of where the developer failed and it still wasn't enough for them. Avoid guru.com, and if you do use them, never pay anything in advance, and don't put any money in escrow.
