Our water heater ruptured and dumped 80 gallons of water into our home. It happened at 11;30 PM on a Friday evening. the insurance recommended servpro as the first choice. Made an appointment to get my recalled Maytag washer (dont recommend this brand AT ALL) with Maytags nominated service representative GGSL in Norwalk. They did not even call or show up. This is the second year I have used this pool. It has been nothing but a big pain. The filter is too small for the pool size and has to be cleaned every day. This is not an easy task and is not user friendly. The plunger valve assembly which turns off the water from the pool to the pump broke and the company is out of stock for the part. This makes it even more difficult to clean the filter and screen in the pump. And the parts department was not very helpful when I called to find out when the part would be available and what I was supposed to do in the meantime. read full review »

Recently we purchased a Clearwater Spa hot tub from Poolworks in Orlando. From the day it was set up we had problems with the jets on it. We were not able to turn some of them others just fell out completely. The stereo remote has never worked right. When we called for service for these issues they sent out a tech who worked on the jets and he was able to get most of them working but not all of them. He was never able to fix the stereo issue.
