Order has not been shipped and it has been 23 days! The item was apparently on back order which was not indicated at the time of my order and they never informed of that until I called looking for my order 10 days later. This is an unscrupulous merchant who engages in a bait-and-switch operation. Their website may have a big selection of watches but they fill their orders with a much smaller selection. These guys talk a great game about service, but their performance stinks. They said they would arrive at 11 a.m., and did not even call to say they would be late after 45 minutes. I ordered $215 from them in September 2009. Looks nice until you wear it. The silver comes off after wearing it, it is NOT 925 silver which they confirmed it is prior to ordering. Clean your stuff with silver dip, you will see the colour change. I confirmed with a jeweller that they are all plated. PLEASE, PLEASE everyone report them to Paypal. This website scammed me out of $87.47 they said try our FREE bottle of pills. On 6/3/10 they charged by card $3.87 for shipping. I never received the trial bottle of pills that they said they shipped on 6/8/10. Very dissapointed in Omega's refusal to back their product here- even though they admit the product failure is due to their own design flaw!!. My one year old Seamaster Professional 300m was purchased new from an has been very carefully worn in rotation with several others. The simple failure of a small pin in the clasp requires a $265 additional investment to replace the clasp with one I'm told by my Authrized Dealer has been redsigned to address this design flaw!!! I called the customer support and gave them an option of sending the missing fabric or returning what I had received for a full refund if they prepay return shipping. Shipping from rvstoredirect.com was slow, and expensive. The drip rail was very poorly packaged, and had many chips and dings in it and was even bent in one spot. Very surprising considering the amount charged for shipping. The other product shipped to me was much better packed, but still had several dings and chips in it...I don't know if the damage was for shipping or if they were that way before being shipped. We had a bad experience booking tickets through this company. They sent confirmation and took money, yet when we arrived at the airport they had mis ticketed our flight. The airline spent hours with us trying to help us get rebooked including trying to contact this company. I would be real careful of this site. While it has the appearance of a site offering legitimate claims to help your twitter standing through their marketing, it lacks in everything else. Their pages fail to load properly often going fight over your previous page in a transparent format. Their goal is to get you to buy their marketing program for $25 bucks and improve your followings on twitter. No real service exists there.
