After purchasing the software and hardware to transfer audio files digitally, the software stopped working. The "help" site was incomplete and incorrect. NO backup help was available. When I called the 800 number, I was told there was no phone support, and was hung up on. Repeated attempts to recontact the company through their sales number were met with a busy signal. We book 10 days Egypt Nile Cruise & Tour on 12/09. It was confirm by US that our cruise ship is MS Carnival, MS Carnival was not a 5 **, it was downgraded to Crocodile Carnival Ship. They don't grant their contract. They ask for certain amount in the contract you signed, later they came up with additional charges even they are clearly specified in the contract. IT started like this, we hired Angel Banos a contractor to fix our roof and our a/c, but after everything was done i noticed nothing was done proper, as a matter of fact it was done very sloppy. The AT&T Microcell rebate is a scam. Don't buy one and except the $100 rebate. They make you keep unlimited calling on the Microcell for at least 2 months at $20 per month and then you get a letter saying you won't get your rebate. When I pointed out to them how they had charged me 2 months already it didnt help. They said they would run it back through. But, it might take 2 more months. In other words, I pay they $80 for a service I don't need and have a chance at a $100 rebate. I've been dealing with trying to get a Maytag Refridgerator replaced since May 2010. The first month they sent out 3 technicians and each was unsuccessful, finally determining the refridge was unrepairable. They were to have called in a "claim".. whatever that means. A number of emails were sent to the building office manager complaining about the 2nd floor womens restroom door which has been ignored. The handicap button to open the door does not work and the door is very hard to open. At times it closes on you upon exiting. The Company guaranteed payments on checks that scanned into the EPS 90 payment system. We completed a transaction on July 06, 2010 the first check finally was deposited into our account on September 14, 2010 and the second check has not deposited yet. Now EPS 90 people are telling us that they will not guarantee the funds on the second check. I would definitely not have signed a lease on the equipment if the funds were not going to be guaranteed. On top of that EPS 90 is now charging $35 additional per month because I will not use the machine until the other issues are resolved. Very bad business!!! read full review »

Totally bogus! I signed up with them and so far they have extracted over $3000 from my bank account and put more than 90% of that amount towards their "fees." I was led to believe that they would begin negotiating my debts as soon as 4 months into the program, but so far they have done NOTHING for me. They are practicing illegal billing activities and continued to bill me AFTER I had signed the end of contract agreement.
