Target had in-store advertising posting a $49.99 product ("Xbox Live 12-Month Halo Reach subscription card") on sale for $19.99. Attempted to purchase four of that item. They scanned as $49.99 individually at checkout. Escalated to Customer Service desk, who called Electronics salesperson. Salesperson flatly refused to honor the price of the product both described and PICTURED on Target corporate signage posted--by them--in their store. AT&T has a horrible customer service. We cancelled the service and they owed us the money to be refunded. A lady with name Mellissa promised that she will refund the money. Never got refund, Instead they kept on charging us for next two months and kept claiming that we have not cancelled one of the three numbers we had. I signed up with this professional training company at my local gym and I have never been so annoyed in all my life. I am paying for 2 training sessions a month, but that never happens because the trainers rarely show up for their scheduled appointments. They will only stay in contact with you until you pay them, after the delivery has come which they usually delay by about 2-3 months they will not bother to reply back to you at all!!! Horrible!! I tried to order a phil and teds stroller from babybungalow.com. The customer service was horrible. They charged my account right away, but the stroller did not come for 8 days and I couldn't get a tracking number from them for 3 day.When I did they gave me the wrong number so I was tracking someone else's package for 7 days, when I told them about there mistake instead of providing some type of customer service guarantee they canceled my order and I didn't get refunded for anther week. I purchased 6 jerseys from this company, one of them they sent the wrong size and they want me to order another jersey and pay $20 in shipping and they will send me the right jersey. So I am expected to pay at least $47 to rectify their mistake. Just took money out of my savings to pay off this "rip off of a credit card company." I carry a personal credit score of 750 with all 3 credit bureaus and do to a mix-up of ONE late payment. They increased my interest from 1.99% to 30.99% When I called and explained my situation; they said once the computer triggers a penalty interest there is nothing they can do to adjust it. It consistently asks members who have paid their dues to log in before downloading a movie. But once you give them the user name and password that they issued, the moves never show on the computer. I complained about this six months ago and asked for help. I never heard a single word from Bad Tushy website. My friend and I thought we were getting a good deal on a hotel in the UK and when we got there the hotel had our names in the computer but under a rediculously more expensive rate (one that the hotel doesn't even charge), all because of student universe. Placed an order with them which they did not deliver. Their website claims to give 110% customer satisfaction and a 24 hour response to your queries which is a lie. You cannot contact them on the number they have given, its an answering machine, and their "online" help is always "offline". I believe it is a scam because it will not cash in money earned from reading the advertisements as they were supposed to. The want money up front to upgrade before they will cash in and will not state how much they will allow of the money due. Autumn Ridge Rip Off - Last Spring I spent over $200 with this company for garden plants that were ALL delivered either DOA or grew to be a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PLANT than I had ordered. To date they refuse to refund my money. They did offer replacement plants which I declined as I am unwilling to go through the time and work of the planting and nurturing only to have the same thing happen.
