I went to the Web Biz Customer site. Clicked on live chat. I was able to voice my complaint with them and got the account cancelled. I had never heard of this business until they charged my account for $39.99. I told them that tomorrow I am having that amount returned and I did not want to have anything to do with their company. I work at a university and ordered toner from HP.com and received it the next day. The condition of the packaging was unbelievable and unacceptable. I don't know who to blame, HP or Fed Ex, but more likely Fed Ex. I attached a picture of the packaging AS IT ARRIVED. I didn't sign for the package but heard that the Fed Ex delivery person shrugged it off when questioned about the packaging.
