Please avoid this site at all costs. As noted by an earlier poster, they are literaly stealing your money. On December 11th of 2009, I ordered a Nautica coat with an expected ship date of December 28th - January 4th. On January 6th, I hadn't received any shipping notification so I sent an e-mail to their support and was told that the coat would ship in the next 24 to 48 hours and they'd be happy to apply a shipping waiver. I tried to buy ammo from this company about a year ago. I waited and waited (weeks turned into months) for my ammo and never was contacted by the company! Living in Alaska, this sort of thing happens so I contacted them. They told me the issue would be resolved and the ammo would be shipped. Well long story short, I never received my ammo, never was refunded my money and about the only thing I got from this transaction was extreme frustration. Ordered beginning of August, waited forever for a tracking number. I know shipping takes long and that's how these websites can sell for cheaper, but this was ridiculous. They say it takes 10-14 business days to arrive. I didn't even get a tracking number until 2 weeks later, and when I did, it wasn't active. it just showed "billing information received", and stayed that way for another 2 weeks. Do not use this website no matter how tempted you may be by the discount. I purchased a book in December but did not notice that I had been charged for a membership of 9.95. The following month I did notice the charge and complained to my credit card company that I had not signed on for any membership. Instead of receiving your canvas on professionally stretched frame, you're sent 4 cheap pieces of wood you put together yourself; their website doesn't tell you that you build it yourself, of course. I went to job search site. When I put in my info I realized that I shouldn't have to pay for job search services. I tried to cancel but it wouldn't let me. I then called the number on the website and told me that I had to wait 2 hours and call back to cancel. I did but I now see that I have charges. I made that mistake. The customer service was extremely poor before buying but I stupidly went ahead with a purchase. I purchased a defected pair of shoes off of her and after several attempts to get it resolved, and being well within my consumer rights, she has decided to totally ignore my emails. I can't even find the words to describe how bad my experience with power-level.net was. My husband and I both placed orders for WoW gold withint a few minutes of each other. Now the website says they have the gold in stock. After we placed our orders we were told they were "getting it" and would call or email us in 48 hours for delivery. But I received unsolicited calls late last night at 10:00pm from this number, who I looked up to be Ymax Communications based out of Chicago. They repeatedly called back to back, 7 TIMES, until I finally turned my cell phone off! I was not able to understand them, as the voice on the other end was choppy like they were using an internet dial-up to call me.
