i loved this color "rockstar pink". when i was painting my toenails, i had to put several coats on to make it look like an even coat. the polish is kind of clumpy, & doesnt go on very well. anyway, i got over it, but when i went to remove the polish, thats where the complaint comes in... it WONT come OFF!!! i tried remover with and without acetone. this polish is like bonded to my nail or something. its rediculous!!!. i literally had to scrape it off with a knife!!! i am (or WAS) a firm beleiver in sally hansen nail polish. i am now afraid of buying it again, because scraping it off RUINED my toenails!! what if it happens again?? read full review »

This is pretty trivial - I go to the corner BP AM/PM daily. I purchase 100 oz of coffee in an AM/PM cup, for my husband and I to share throughout the day. This is also where I purchase gas, cigarettes and beer on a regular basis. Yes, I got sucked into this too good to be true trial offer. I really thought I could cancel in the 10 days and be ok. Well with Vibrant Smile, I actually received written notice via email that I had ordered this product and would get it in the mail. I did a media buy with Zedo, Inc and the terms of the media buy had a 24 hour out clause attached to it. In the industry it is a given that if/when an outclause is exercised the buy is canceled after the prescribed time period is over and the remaining funds are distributed back to the individual. I have done this time and time again and every company I've ever done business with has refunded the monies in a timely manner. I joined a dating service that cost close to $2, 000.00 with interest and have not had one person in a year who matched my profile. My largest complaint is the last person I went to dinner with started kissing me and touched me inappropriately without my consent. I am told not to call their corporate headquarters, that they will handle my complaints after I spoke with corporate and complained. In April of 2010, my husband and I attended one of their timeshare presentations in Georgetown. We sat through the 90 minute presentation, decided not to purchase and were given certificates for a "free" cruise and "free" airfare. We decided to try the cruise since we have never cruised before. Donnie, the owner/operator of the business, agreed to haul all of the yard waste away after cleaning our yard. He also asked to be paid in cash. The day after his crew "finished", our neighbors came over to complain that a great deal of our yard waste had been dumped into their yard. Donnie apologized for the issue and promised to return to clean everything out and haul it away. He has not been back. We have called him 3-5 times a week for over 2 months with no results. In April 2009 I paid $2, 500.00 for a Mortgage modification with a money back guarantee if they could not get a modification from the Mortgage company the money would be refunded. I did this rather than go to a bookstore because I wanted to own a copy of the original tome, the one they printed before they tainted the book with miss roberts face. So, myself and 2 friends walk into pomodoro in morningside shopping centre. We were wanting to go there for a nice coffee and desert, noticed that only half the restaurant was full at 20:30 in the evening. We were told that one of the waiters woul get us a table, however before he could do so, the manager owner comes up to us 'stating' that they 'do not do only coffee and desert' but only dinner.
