I have to say that I completely unimpressed with this organization. I ordered several part from the same manufacturer and needed them fast enough to justify UPS overnight shipping. All items were in stock yet they shipped out only half the order overnight. There are (2) NCIC's in Longview, TX. The good one is on Tyler. The other one...ripoff! I used a payphone at the Flying J truck stop with my debit card. I have a bill for almost $10, 000 and two months later the installation is not completed! They had to cut a piece on sight that did not fit like it should. It chipped and cracked. Instead of replacing it they tried to putty it. This piece became dislodged within two weeks. When the same installers came back and reset it it broke in two places and I can't even get a phone call. We started the application process on-line on January 14th and finally received a 'no' to our loan on April 21st! I had a new engine installed at Turnpike 6 months ago. A week later, a part that contected to the motor was broke (they failed to tell us that). A month ago 2 injectors went bad and they swore they fixed the problem. HSBC Bank Nevada, closed my platinum mastercard after taking there annual fee due to inactivity. Said call number to re-apply. I did and said go online. So, I did and online said they will only give me a secured mastercard after I mail them $200. check. Are they crazy? Closed my account after annual fee and want me to pay them for a credit card. Household platinum mastercard started me with a $1, 100. limit and just because I did not use with in the last 3 or 4 months they closed. I purchased my GE Adora dishwasher several months ago from Home Depot and have not been happy with it since I first started using it. It washes the dishes but does not get them clean. I was double charged when I refilled my minutes over the phone. I am now 30 hours into trying to get this resolved and I still have no results. Due to the double charges, I now have a giant amount of overdraft fees as I did not have an extra 46.08 in the account to cover the double charges. Now they will NOT make it right.
