YA YA, the owner braided my hair on December 11, 2009, and by January 2, 2010, I have lost over 100 braids. The product was very poorly done and she charged me $150 which did not include the hair. The boot arrived 3 weeks later from China and I have had nothing but nigthmares with this company. I was looking for hardwood flooring for a gargage we were building. I had indicated to the person that set up the meeting that I was not going to make a decision that day. When the sales person met with us, he refused to provide a quote and seemed upset that we would not make a decision that day. I went into this deli because of all the great things i had heard. The old man working the counter (harold white) was terrible!! He made a rude comment and smells like a bottle of RUM!! I was shocked when i later found out he was the owner! I couldn't believe the lack of service the young kid provided as well!!! I gave this woman and her company Nerak Capital money for some sort of investment that was supposed to pay a return on investment within 60 days. Since then I have not heard from her or her company. I tried for 8 months to stop my service. Always a different excuse as to why not. Contract not up or auto renew, or cannnot cancel on phone or by email . Asked for a signed renewal and they sent me basically a made up sheet of paper with no signature. I finally got a signed receipt from the mail service that the cancellation was received. Told them and they got mad because I got one. They sent a bad report to the credit beaurea and sent a letter to some of my lenders and credit accounts. After contacting ADT about a code appearing on the alarm display, they said that this code can't be fixed over the phone so they have to send someone out to take a look at it.
