I ordered a free trial sample with shipping at $2.95. I soon realized that it was not free when Target Visa called me and said that I had a number of charges on my Visa card. There are 2 charges posted to this account in the amt of $24.95 and $64.95 in addition to the $2.95. I have in my possession the original "free" trial bottle of which I have not opened. I have made every attempt that I know how to get all of these charges reversed and credited back to my Visa acct. I was wrongly accused by a female member of an action not made that led to my being terminated as a member. I was not given a copy of the complaint after having the police show and create a case number. I was not allowed to address the issue or confront my accuser. I signed up for a FREE sample of their skin product. I was informed that I must pay S&H. Okay...that's fair. I bought a new DVD Player that broke after 6 months. The warranty information is not published very openly on JVC's website and takes some digging to find it. JVC's consumer warranty on this product is for only 3 months. If I had done my due diligence, I would have researched this better before purchasing a JVC product. The first issue - is the dipping sauces for chicken products. I would like all McDonald's employee's to make up their minds as to whether they are going to charge you extra or give them away. What a sham!!! Original ad says order for only the cost of shipping $0.99 and get a month's supply. What you are getting is a month's supply that you can use for 14 days, after 14 days if you do not return the unused portion of the pills you get billed $88.87. In order to return the product you have call the 866 number stay on hold FOREVER to get an RMA number, without which you can't return the bottle. I was a former employee at Firehouse Promotions. Although I do know that they do have contracts with the local fire departments that they are calling about I have seen several different contracts. I signed up for the 1 month trial for Bargain Homes, I didn't really like the site and it was a little complicated. The real problem is they went ahead and still charge my debit card for 49.99 after I cancel the membership before the time agreed. Nevertheless I have now and overdraft in my bank account, I try to have the money refunded back to my account but they gave a run around and hung up the phone on me a couple of times. Since my first shipment in February 2009 I have been calling to cancel the not authorized auto ship they put me on. Each time the customer service states they will cancel but do not. They do not listen to what you are saying they just keep repeating their canned speach. I have resorted to having to go to the card company to file fraud charges and try and get my money back. So far they have charged $335.20 on my card non autorized which I need to get back.
