Twelve days ago I ordered a $400 item from exoticsportbike.com. I have to this day not received an invoice. I contacted exoticsportbike.com via email because they do not answer the customer service line. The only answer I received stated that my order had been received. Today I called the sales line and yes exoticsportbike.com answered right away but after hearing that I was checking on an order status I was put on hold for ten more minutes. When the sales person returned to the call she would only state that they would be in contact with me soon. I wish I knew then what I know now! Do your background checks on online retailers. H&R Block/Green Dot Card
I went to pay my electric bill and i told the lady i need this amount put on my bill and she messed up and put a different amount on my bill from my green dot card and i said no ...thats the wrong amount...so she cancelled it and when she did the money went into a holding state on the green dot card and i cant get it put back on my card until the experation date of the holding status which is 3 wks. from then...sooo i have no money now to pay on my account til payday and they are going to turn my electric off-tomorrow no thanks to the scamming... read full review »

i paid my $1396. on June 9, 2008 after speaking directly to the owner of Universal Marketing Solutions. I didn't hear from them for 114 days regarding the contract they supposedly had on my timeshare. I started calling them with no results. I faxed them letters demanding a refund and got callbacks denying a refund.

Big City Movers provided a very poor service and neglected to move the most cumbersome pieces of furniture. My relatives had to help the following day because Big City Movers said that the furniture would not fit in our home. They were completely WRONG!!! Items were broken and the workers fought with each other throughout the day and threatened to quit because they were so dissatisfied with their boss Brendan. A charge of $14.95 has appeared on my telephone bill last month
and again this month. I have complained to At&t they say I must complain to Enhanced Services Billing Inc which I have done, but got very little encouragement from them. The telephone number they have charged against is my fax number which is not listed anywhere, further more you dont use a voicemail on a fax machine.

Thir phone numbers keep changing and they constantly change their name and add just slightly. No one answers the phone, there is no phone number for a billing department and e-mails go unanswered. As a merchant you either accept credit cards or you don't there is no limit to or time you can say I accept your credit but not hers.
I tried to purchase a soda and was told that Riverside Exxon had a 3.00 minimum for me to use my credit card. I explained to the clerk that I was filling up on the pump outside and was well above the 3.00. I was told, "that doesn't matter the minimum was per transaction".

My phone was disconnected for a very short period of time due to not paid bill. I shortly after paid my bill and now my phones are activated again. But Simplexity is trying to charge me $250 per line (i have 3 phone thru them) for being disconnected for couple of weeks. I am currently being billed by 2 companies, EZ 1 Rate and F ED AMER on my bank statement. They contacted me about gas discounts and then I got this coupon book in the mail to mail back to them and get $5.00 a month back with a gas receipt. What a scam! I paid off my credit card in person at the bank. Several days later I received another bill for the credit card. When I called to find out why... I was told that the "actual bill" had crossed in the mail. So the person I spoke to on the phone said he/she would file a dispute and that someone who had the authority to do something about it would call me back. NEVER DID!!! I would wait a while and return the call to speak to yet another customer service rep who said he/she would file yet another dispute.
