I did enter online for a 14 day free trial offer for a wu-yi green tea product. I feel I have been completely scammed. Now they are using my debit card for charges of $69.87 for some bogus membership. I got thru on the 800 # & they claimed I did not cancel said membership within 14 days, as were in the terms & conditions. These were not stated anywhere on the ordering & were not something that had to be checked in order to submit order, which makes it a scam. I have no idea who this company is but I called my bank to check my available balance on a card, and it had an unauthorized amount in pending transaction history. After looking at my account online I saw the (un)authorization was for nearly $40 to a company that I have never done business with or even heard of for that matter. I received an e-mail offering Acai-Pure for the cost of shipping only ($4.95). When the package arrived it contained an invoice for $44.85 and contained two products I did not order. Instructions for return of unwanted products stated you needed an RMA number from Customer Care which could be obtained via e-mai or the 888 number. No one answers the phone—you punch in numbers but never get a live body. The e-mails are not returned. I am contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge. January 16 2006 I puchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler fron Mike Shad. At that time I was sold and paid for a Daimler Chrysler Max Care Service contract in good faith at a cost of $2011.60. To date I have paid principal and interest on this plan. When I needed to use the service I was told the contract was no good. At that time I made several personal visits and phone calls to Mr Karl Murphy's office who sold me the contract as well as Mr John Bobango the General Manger who both told me they would make it good. Do not ever go to the Dry Cleaner located on Roswel RDnext door from Chevron gas station in atlanta, Ga. I had clothes to pick up for a convention that i had to attend in Chicago but they Closed their doors and many customers were pissed because they needed their clothes. I will not pay them a dime. If you are supposed to be OPEN during business hours then stay OPEN. I'm sooo pissed... this Dry Cleaner is located in the North Springs center at the intersection of Roswel RD and Dalrymple Rd. Bruno from South of the River Carpet Cleaning told me that the price of my carpet cleaning would be $175 and then when the service was completed it was $425! WTF!!! And then the carpet had spots that came back after 4 days of drying and the carpet was matted like it was a barber carpet and it was a shag!! Bruno was very unprofessional. He barked like a drill sergeant, he used my bathroom without asking and he dumped the water in my front yard!! I set up lessons with Amadeus in July 2008 for my three kids. Teachers were supposed to call me the week before August 22 to set up lesson times. No teacher EVER called. Each time I called or e mailed Diane I was assured that a teacher would call me within a few days. They hook you in after a legitimate purchace - offering you 3 free magazine subscripions, then a few months later, you are charged for rebilling on the magazines at full price, and it does not end. I am supposed to receive coupons in the mail for free items according to home much I spend. I spent $600 last Christmas holiday and never received the coupons. So I emailed customer service and I got a form response saying that I'd get a response within 48 hours. Two weeks later I sent another email and got a similar promise and no response. The Landing at Otter Cove in Thorne Bay, Alaska is not worth your time or money. Chad and Myra Remington do not treat their customers equally, nor do they know how to run a lodge. They do however charge for every little thing, such as freezer bags ($12.00 for 25 bags) and bottled water ($14.00 for a case). The price per person is so high you could stay at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City. My chrysler 300c sways left&right in any kind of road. I asked the dealer to fix the problem & was informed theres nothing wrong at Darcar Chrysler marlow heights. Warranty, they didn't fix Jack. After having me ask questions on why does the car drift and a bump in the road could make you feel as your going to crash. I have been with United Bank Card for 3 years. 5 months ago, I was able to close my account. I worked at Microdyne for a couple of years. It was a joke. I went through 5 managers in a couple of years. I ended up working for a manager who had no clue. The harder you worked, the more work you got. You work there to make someone else look good. The word performance review is unknown. Leaving that place was the best thing I ever did. We were denied overtime and told that if we worked it that we wouldn't get paid. I remember working with customers several times and having to stop. I feel sorry for the customers I left behind.
