Calls himself "Peter Lee" and is a big advertiser on Craiglist, with daily ads about granite counter tops, bathroom and kitchen remodels, etc. We made the mistake of using him for a condo bathroom remodel and it was a disaster. I was certain not to mix the properties but wanted expand my search for properties not listed with both sites. They are a credit service that restores credit and told me i would have a 750 credit score or better and they did not do anything close to that score and i requested a refund and was denied. When I was shopping inside Menard's store, my car in Menard's parking lot was hit by a shopping cart. It caused a damage to my car. I found the shopping cart next to my car when I walked out of the store. Now Menard's denied the responsibility of my car's damage. I think it is not fair. Keith Thomas was to have cut down dead trees in our yard, ground down stumps, and returned with mulch. He was 2 weeks late in removing the trees and then asked for the entire payment. Vacation Rental at Table Rock in Shell Knob, MO is a rip off. They over charge for a poorly kept lake cabin with no lake view. They also ask for a deposit which you will never see again. Their cleaning expectations are ridiculous. We left the cabin as we found it and they said "it took five hours to clean it" and took our deposit. This company was paid for a very large landscaping project at our home. One month after the start of the project 2 large expensive trees died. Owner promised they were covered under warranty and they would take care of it. One year and two months after the project was dropped by Dreamscapes we have had to hire someone else to buy trees and plant them for us. I sent a certified letter to Dreamscapes and they refused it. FDC Servers sends out e-mails about upgrades available. They do not send out any information on who can receive these upgrades. Upon attempting to purchase the upgrade, I was told I do not qualify. I state that the e-mails stated no information on the people this upgrade offer applies too. With no luck through them I file a complaint through the Better Business Bureau, the next business day I get an e-mail saying that my account is being closed. The room rate quoted over the phone was $10 higher per room than they told me. They wouldn't honor what they told me. They tried to charge me for King Size room and they only provided a Queen or Double. The finally did discount the room to a Queen size rate. THERE WAS NO Handicap Access to the Lobby where the breakfast is located. There was also NO one at the desk to help the handicap person, as a guest I had to open the door for the person and help with their food. I purchased a home in Livermore California in 2001. The roof was new in 1997 and just recently I had a inspection to say the roof shingles that where used are under warranty for pre-mature cracking and that the same type of shingles have been replaced on many homes. I requested a replacement under a pro rated work up and was declined stating that since I was not the original owner so the warranty was not transferable. I do not think this is fair and for me to replace a roof only after 11 years is unheard of!
